Why the banner does not show up on my store?

This is only required for the mini app "Free Shipping Bar" only

In some cases, the banner does not show up on your store website as setting, please follow the steps below to check:

  1. Access your store's website

  2. Right-click then choose "Inspect" (Or press F12). The inspection tool will appear at the right-hand side of the screen.

  1. Choose the tab "Network"

  1. Enter keyword "banner_embed" in the filter space, then reload the website.

If there is a request of "banner_embed" as followed:

The app has been properly installed and ready to be used.

If there are no requests:

  1. Make sure that "Theme app extension" in Theme customization is turned on. (You can follow both of these below guides)

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team if the situation remains the same after "Theme App Extension" is turned on.
