🛂How to import review from Ali Express

It's straightforward to import product reviews from AliExpress.

1. Go to Product review from toolbar

1. Click the Import reviews tab and select the product you want to import review for -> click icon "plus"

1. Customize the import settings in the Ali Express import modal.

Once you've selected a product, a popup will open, where you'll paste the AliExpress link.

You can then customize a few settings, including:

• You can add more product links from Ali Express

We will import all possible reviews from the first product link, then we will import reviews from the second link, and so on until the last link

• The number of reviews to import - 50, 100, or even 200 at once.

• Date range: We have 6 options for your business: All time, exclude last 7 days, this month, last 30 days, last 90 days and customs time up to your purpose

• Review rating filter:

  • Organic import: The number of reviews to import 10, 50, 100 or 200,... at once

  • Auto calculate: We provide you with a tool that automatically calculates the number of reviews needed to be imported to achieve the average rating of your product.

You just need to enter the desired number of stars for the product, from 1 to 5 stars. We will automatically calculate and import the reviews to meet the minimum desired number of stars.

• Content options - deciding whether you want to import all the reviews or only the ones with or without pictures. By the way, we'll not import those empty reviews that only contain a rating, as those will not help you build trust with your visitors.

• Including content: Only reviews with at least a certain number of words will be imported. This will help reviews gain more trust from customers.

• Skip reviews with keywords: This will help you reduce negative reviews that have negative implications and affect customer purchase decisions.

• Translate setting - translating the reviews automatically into English

All reviews imported will be automatically published to your Store.
